- Worked in a team of nine to plan the showcase of Professional Communication Program Booth at the RMIT Open Day Event to make effective communication with potential students and encourage them to pursue the major in Professional Communication
- Coordinated with other four members to create both English and Vietnamese written materials that were displayed and distributed at the event, and scripts for volunteers
- Collaborated with other three members to prepare a 35-page event proposal and a 28-page event evaluation report in English
